FAMILY TERMS

Rules for a safe family adventure

These beta terms describe the responsibilities of the adult account owner and the limits of the current service.

Agreement with the operator

Real-money public enrollment is not open in this pre-release build. The final operator legal name, business address and public support contact must appear here before paid access is activated.

The adult owns the account

A parent or legal guardian creates and controls the family account, confirms they are an adult, provides required consent and decides which children may use it. Children do not create accounts with email and should use only a profile and device approved by their adult.

Family-created activities

Parents create or approve quests, routines and real-world rewards. The adult is responsible for making each activity age-appropriate, lawful and physically safe, and for supervising it when needed. BimliBee is not an emergency, medical, educational or childcare service.

XP, coins and rewards

•
XP and coins are fictional progress markers with no cash value.
•
They cannot be purchased, transferred, traded or cashed out.
•
Real-world rewards are agreements inside the family. The parent approves requests and is responsible for fulfilling them.

Paid beta subscriptions

If a paid beta subscription is offered, only the adult account owner may start it through Apple’s or Google’s in-app purchase system. The purchase screen will show the current price, billing period, trial terms if any and automatic-renewal terms before confirmation. The store charges the adult’s store account and manages billing.
•
A subscription renews automatically unless the adult cancels it in the applicable store before renewal.
•
Deleting a family account does not by itself cancel store billing. Cancel the subscription in Apple or Google subscription settings as a separate step.
•
Children cannot buy subscriptions or real-money currency. Child-mode reward requests use only fictional family coins and still require the adult’s decision.
•
Refund eligibility and processing are governed by the store and applicable law.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harm, threaten or exploit a child; create unsafe activities; access another family; bypass parental controls; upload unlawful material; disrupt the service; or reverse engineer security features. We may restrict access needed to protect families, investigate misuse or comply with law.

Beta service

The service may be offered as a beta and may change, contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. We work to preserve family progress but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Important family instructions and emergency information should never depend only on this product.

Ending use

The adult may stop using the service or request deletion from Parent settings. We may end the beta or suspend an account for serious misuse, while providing data access or notice when reasonably possible and safe.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta service is provided as available without a promise that every feature will always be error-free or uninterrupted. The service does not replace adult judgment or supervision. Nothing in these terms excludes a consumer right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Questions and final operator details

Use the Support page for account, billing, safety or privacy questions. Final operator identity, business address, governing-law language and the public support address are release gates and must be inserted before any real-money public launch. Adults will be shown material changes and asked for renewed consent when required.
